The co-respondent shoe (US: Spectator shoe) Specifically for men is a two-tone shoe (usually black and white or brown and white) worn intially for casual attire. This shoe was particularly popular in the 1920’s and 1930’s and again in the 1960’s. Currently the shoe has been adapted as a womens shoe as well.
