Apparently shopping online at Chanel certain states do not have sales tax.
On Chanel’s website it states that –
How are taxes applied?
Chanel.com is required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the states of New York, Tennessee and Texas. If you have any questions regarding our sales tax policies, please contact us at (800) 550-0005.
That’s sort of a sweet deal for the states that are not included above.
