The Duchess of Cambridge has made her first public speech since the royal
wedding at the East Anglia Children’s Hospice in Ipswich. Kate wore a a Reiss dress from the brand’s 2008 collection which she borrowed from her mom Carole’s closet. She looks so elegant and chic.
